With 16 years of experience in the private club and hospitality industry, Carly began her exciting residential real estate career with Corcoran Reverie after serving as the Director of Membership for the Clubs by JOE for the past decade. Attributing her record of success to ambition and excellent communication, she is a strong believer in the importance of building trust through relationships. Without exception, Carly is highly motivated by client satisfaction.

Her personal drive to exceed expectations shows her true character and reliability. Carly is married to her husband Joey and they are proud to be the parents of two children, Gray (8) and Finley (6). As a lifelong local of the Emerald Coast, Carly loves sharing the beautiful Florida panhandle lifestyle with others. Jake found it easy to make the Sostheim Group name his own, as he was born with the name. Jake is Carly's brother-in-law and the brother of her husband, Joey. Carly started in real estate in 2020 and quickly created brand awareness and recognition with the Sostheim name. With Jake having been born and raised in this water lover's paradise, it only made sense for him to join Carly and so form the Sostheim Group to become a powerhouse brand in real estate in the Florida Panhandle.

Growing up in Panama City, Jake has a vast network of friends and family that stretches from Panama City to Pensacola. He has watched many areas change, evolve and develop over the years and he knew he wanted to be a part of something bigger that was happening in the Florida Panhandle. Jakes desire to always put his clients needs first sets him apart. Whether looking for an investment property on the beach or the forever home in the heart of town, Jake has the knowledge and connectivity to find it. Nicolle graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Professional Communication, specializing in marketing and advertising. Since graduating in 2017, she has worked with local businesses to increase their social media exposure and curate creative content with the latest marketing techniques. 
 
After an internship at a luxury real estate brokerage and working as a freelance marketing specialist for local real estate agents, she discovered her love for real estate and obtained her license. Along with gaining experience in real estate through different marketing opportunities, she also spent time working for a custom home builder. There, she was able to learn the full process of residential construction from the ground up, as well as gaining an eye for interior design and furnishings. 
 
As a native to the Emerald Coast with years of working and building relationships, Nicolle is enthusiastic and eager to serve her clients in her home base.
